PAST EXHIBITIONS​

Sadly plans to make 2025 the busiest year so far for art fairs and exhibitions had to be cancelled owing to a severe deterioration in Nev's health.  He was delighted to have been able to attend the Borders Art Fair in March, having been part of this event every year since its inception.   For this reason, I have decided, with the agreement and support of the BAF team, to put on a retrospective exhibition of Nev's work this year.   We had been in the process of submitting his application when he passed away last September so, although it will be an emotional event it seems entirely fitting to do this.  It may be the last opportunity to see Nev's work exhibited in the Borders so if you are in the area do please stop by and say hello and have a look at some of his work.  It would be lovely to see you there.

He also had a month long exhibition in a lovely little gallery, Gallery 141 in Castle Douglas, last April which Nev enjoyed immensely.  I am currently looking into putting together a final exhibition there later on in the year.

Nev continued his association with the Tin Shed right up until the days before his death with an exhibition

of his work at  Ayton Castle last August. Although he wasn't well enough to attend over the weekend he was able to come along and supervise the set up and meet up with many of the wonderfully talented artists and staff of Ayton Castle who meant a great deal to him.

Sadly however we had to cancel most of our plans including  Alnwick, Harrogate, Skipton, Sussex Bath and Aberdeen
